I created this painting as a present. It is painted using acrylic paint on canvas. I prefer to use acrylic paint rather than oils because it dries quicker, it's water based and tastes better. When painting I tend to use very little paint on my brush and use my tongue to moisten the brush rather than water. If i did use oils, I'd probably poison myself.
